Orders are typically dispatched via Swiss Post within 1–2 business days after receipt of payment. All shipments include tracking but do not require a signature upon delivery. Shipping fees cover both packaging and postage costs. These may vary depending on the total weight and dimensions of the package. We recommend combining multiple items into a single order to optimize shipping costs. Shipping is at the recipient’s risk. However, we ensure careful packaging to minimize the likelihood of transport damage. Shipments are insured through Swiss Post during transit.

The shipping date for pre-orders depends on the delivery schedules of our suppliers. Our goal is to dispatch pre-orders via A-Post in time for release day delivery. Please note, however, that we cannot guarantee timely delivery, especially if there are delays in receiving the goods from our suppliers.
